Ever wonder who your coworkers really are and what their day-to-day looks like? What’s On Your Desk? was my answer to that curiosity.

I initiated and launched this interview-style video series as a fun, corporate spin on MTV Cribs—quick, personable, and full of character. Each episode spotlights employees from around the world as they give a mini tour of their workspace, talk about their roles, and share the stories behind the items and memorabilia that keep them inspired.

I still edit and shape every episode to keep the series consistent and true to its original vision. It’s a simple idea, but it’s one of the best ways to get to know the people behind a global company—through the stories sitting right on their desks.
