What’s On Your Desk? is a recurring internal video series spotlighting employees around the world through short-form desk tours — a corporate reinterpretation of MTV Cribs designed to humanize a global workforce.

I created and launched the series to foster cross-regional connection and build a more personal storytelling layer within the company. I led the creative direction end-to-end — designing the series identity, animating the intro, and editing each episode to maintain a cohesive visual language across contributors. To make participation accessible, I developed a lightweight, UGC-style format that employees could easily replicate — balancing flexibility with a consistent visual and editorial framework.

Designed with a social-first mindset, the format is scalable beyond internal channels. Episodes are published monthly and supported by intranet features, reinforcing its role as an ongoing storytelling platform rather than a one-off initiative.
