Global Strategy Meeting 2025
Role: Graphic Designer
Every fall, Sony Music Group convenes its top executives from around the world in New York City for its annual Global Strategy Meeting — a gathering of roughly 150 leaders setting the direction for the year ahead. For four consecutive years, I've been trusted to design the suite of branded assets that shape the look and feel of the event.
Each year brings a new visual direction, and this iteration was anchored by a bokeh treatment that evoked the city lights of New York — grounding the conference in its setting while lending the overall aesthetic a sense of energy and occasion. Working from the creative direction established by the Creative Director, I extended the visual system across every touchpoint of the event experience.
The deliverable suite spanned both print and digital — name plates, welcome notes, and thank you cards from the company's Chairman and CEO on the print side, alongside 33 holding slides and 13 app graphics covering the event homepage, schedules, speaker profiles, and branded screens on the digital side. With details continuing to evolve up until the last minute, the project demanded both creative precision and operational agility to deliver a polished, cohesive result across every format.
For an audience of global executives, there's little room for error — and no better measure of trust than being called back four years running.
